I come from humble beginnings with many dis-empowering beliefs and a poor sense of self.
It wasn’t until I REALLY understood how my mindset was the biggest obstacle to my idea life, that things really started to shift.

I’ve spent years into formal studies of behavioral psychology, subconscious programming, human emotions, and peak performance. I’ve delved into all kinds of transformational practices such as breathwork, mindfulness meditation, hypnosis, EFT, yoga, energy healing, chakras alignment, Qi Gong, and even the most esoteric and mystical practices of shamanism & psychedelics medicine.
I took the time to track down the rarest and most original teachers I could find – people who are pioneers in the field of human potential but who have no interest in recognition or “guru” status.
Fast forward 12 years later, I barely recognize myself. It’s taken me to some of the biggest stages in the world, delivering viral TEDx talks, living my professional dream, a body transformation beyond my wildest imaginations and the most fulfilling relationships.

Whether we realise it or not, each of us carries about with us a mental blueprint or picture of ourselves. It has been built up from our own beliefs about ourselves, most of which have unconsciously been formed from our past experiences – our success and failures, our humiliations, our triumphs, and the way other people have reacted to us.
From all of these, you mentally construct a “SELF-image” and once you do; all your actions, feelings, behaviour, even your abilities, become consistent with THIS self-image.
Not only this, but you literally cannot act otherwise, in spite of all your conscious efforts and willpower.
An old Chinese proverb says “the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, and the 2nd best time is NOW”.
One of the most powerful things I have learnt from real high-achievers from across the world, is to never let inspiration pass through without acting on it. That’s what separates them from the rest.
