If you’re on a tight schedule and flying in just for the Summit we suggest you time yourself to arrive on Friday morning and depart Monday morning. Every summit ends with a special closing event, so we advise not checking out before Monday.
The Summit begins at 12pm on Friday afternoon and will run through Sunday Night.
Each morning will begin at 7:30am with a morning exercise. Times are flexible and outcomes are absolute so end times will vary – we do advise in preparing for late nights as there you will find yourself connecting with the other attendees and enjoying the socials.
A large part of this Summit is focused on you creating your strategies for your Life Design. So with all the speakers and workshops, you will be taking a lot of notes, so bring your favourite notepads.
There will be stretch, snack and meal breaks throughout the day. You’ll be given breaks for lunch and dinner, and you can eat either at the hotel or in nearby food outlets.
Our final schedule only gets released one month prior to our scheduled dates, reason being, the quality of speakers we bring are coming from all over the world and we constantly working our their availibity and schedules to match ours as our teacher are with us through the length of the summit and not just a few hours.
Note: This does not include the food and accommodation. We do provide a discounted all-inclusive package for the venue where we host our summit. People are free to book their own accommodations near the conference venue in case our pakcage does not suit your budget.

Yes, there are a few things that you may want to bring. A journal and something to write with. One costume for Sunday night social (to be revealed). Some healthy snacks and your own water bottle. Business cards. Lastly, fill the questionnaire I send after you purchase the ticket as it will play a huge role in designing your experience and also will set your intentions for the summit.
This summit comes with a “No-questions-asked” refund policy. If you have a change of plans or a change of heart due to any reason, all you have to do is send us one email and you will have a full refund. You can refund anytime until 30 days before the summit starts.

Please bring with you a notebook and a pen, an extra layer of clothing (as the conference room can get quite chilly at times), comfortable sportswear for the morning workouts/exercises, a refillable water bottle, and your ID as we may need to verify your ticket during registration. The most important thing is that you bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, grow, and have a lot of fun!
Absolutely. Once you acquire your ticket, we will share access to a private Facebook group for the event. You can find, participate in polls and connect with other attendees and LifePlugin team in the group.

LifePlugin is an annual summit and is held at Novotel Dona Slyvia, Goa every year in the month of Oct/Nov.
The official program starts on Saturday Afternoon at 3 PM and ends Tuesday night at 10 PM. We recommend you to arrive the day before to start fresh. On Saturday, you can arrive at the venue from 1 PM to register and unpack. The first session for the day will begin at 3PM. On Tuesday, the closing session will finish late around 10PM. But the conversations and celebrations carry on till late. So we recommend you to plan your departure accordingly.
We’ll share the daily schedule with all the attendees two weeks before the event to give them an idea of how the days will go. Things officially kick off on a Thursday at 3PM. All 4 days are full days packed with content, wellness, activities, surprises and good times. Each morning will begin at 7:30am with a morning exercise and we advise in preparing for late nights as there you will find yourself connecting with the other attendees and enjoying the socials. The event will wrap up at midnight on Wednesday.
